I know I've asked this in the past, however something has come up that makes me think I misinterpreted what was written: simply because a personality is bowed does not mean they cannot perform actions (unless the action calls for bowing) or move (Seikitsu Mountain run away...), however can a bowed personality assign? I interpreted the answer to a prior question as being that they could do so, however looking at the Samurai ed Call of Thunder event it leads me to think that bowed personalities cannot assign. Help! Thanks...
