I guess I am asking when do you apply the term 'this Personality'? If read at the time the action resolves, then the delayed effect should occur whether or not the Soul Jar is moved. If read at the time of the delayed effect's occurance, then it would refer to who the card is attached to at the time. To me, the comprehensive rules infer the former.

I don't think I understand the question. As I sadi previously, in the context of an attachment, it always means "Personality it's attached to now."
