Hey hey everyone, I've searched for this but not found any answer, so I gather I should bother the lot of you with my question.
If I have a Togashi's Shrine out, can I destroy it by destroying my dear Officer to refill the province?

Togashi's Shrine and Morale Officer

This Province does not hold Dynasty cards (do not refill it).
Nothing is stopping you from destroying Togashi's Shrine. Once it is out of play its Continuous Effect the prevents your Province from holding Dynasty Cards will end. You may then commence refilling the Province with Dynasty cards if your Dynasty deck has any remaining.
