A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. I know the list which contains the legal promos does not contain Clan Standard, but it was released in the same pack that contain Emerald Competitor and Emerald Armor, both of which are legal to play. Why is it that Clan Standard does not appear on the list? Any particular reason for this?

Just no confirmation on Clan Standard at this time. Still fact checking. There are so many promo cards released at irregular and often cryptic times, it's very difficult to track them all.
