Can the Imperal Favor be used more than once a turn for the same effect? Ex. I discard the Favor to send an attacking unit home. My opponent passes. I play "Warrior Challenge" and win the duel, reclaiming the Favor. My opponent passes. Can I then use the Favor again?

No. Actions are once per turn by default. The default favor rulebook actions are not exempt from that.
