Ok, so based on what Zen told me on this previous topic ( viewtopic.php?f=59&t=62464 ) the tokens come from a card efect that's why they'll be denied on Hida Sozen Exp case.
So in Hida Kozan's case will the token from the action that do not kill Sozen trigger Kozan's reaction?

Crab Clan • Shadowlands • Damned • Samurai While Kozan is unbowed, other players' Limited actions can not target him. Reaction: After another player's card effect destroys Kozan while he is in an army: He contributes his Force to that army even while he is dead (only if the army has one or more units).

Minor correction: They must be from an action for Sozen to be immune to destruction.
Tokens could trigger Hida Kozan's reaction. Tokens are card effects. Chi penalties from tokens are card effects. Destruction from a chi penalty from a token is a card effect.
