"[Brother Benjiro wrote:I assign a lion personality at Province A, leaving provinces B, C, and D. My opponents assigns his defenders to oppose my unit at province A. I choose to first resolve the battle at province B. My opponent passes and on my turn I play lion's strength targeting my personality at province A.]
All legal."
what about this part:
"And I move his unit to the current battlefield (B) fulfilling both rule of presence and location."
don't you have to target and move your own unit to battlefield (B) to fulfill presence and location?
thanks.

As Daffy Duck said, "Pronoun trouble."
I understood "his unit" to mean the Personality's unit.
Conceivably, "his unit" could refer to a unit controlled by the opponent. I don't think that was what the question described, because it only mentions targeting the one card.
