Hiruma Tama Crab Clan • Samurai • Scout Recon Open: Bow Tama: Target a province. During battles at that province's battlefield this turn, after each time a Battle action from a card in play resolves, bow that card.

Ideal Conditions Until the end of the game, while any of your Scout cards are in a unit, they have the ability, "Battle: Move this unit to a battlefield at a province that a Recon action targeted this turn. If the unit moved, straighten it."

I use Tama's ability on a province. I then use another unbowed scout to move into the battle at the province Tama targeted.

Does the moved scout end up bowed by tamas effect or straightened still from ideal conditions straightening effect?

I use (Hiruma) Tama's ability on a province. I then use another unbowed scout to move into the battle at the province Tama targeted.

I'm assumining you mean it moves using the ability on Ideal Conditions.

Does the moved scout end up bowed by tamas effect or straightened still from ideal conditions straightening effect?

Bowed. You do all of the effects from the action granted by Ideal Conditions. The last one is to straighten. The action has now resolved, triggering Hiruma Tama's delayed effect, bowing it.
