A Noble End and Fortified Camp doubts

L5R CCG Rules board, 4 September 2007 to 5 September 2007

A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

A Noble End text says to target a number of personalities or followers up to the personality personal honor.

Does that "or" mean that the player who uses Noble End must target personalities OR followers ot he can chose both?

If I have a random peep with a follower and my oponent uses a battle action to reduce my follower force to 0 and then kill him. If I react with Fortified Camp and atach the follower again on one of my peeps what force will he have? The initial force or zero?

A Noble End

Battle: Target one of your unbowed Personalities: Target a number of Personalities or Followers opposing him up to his Personal Honor. Destroy each opposing target with 0 Force. Gain 2 Honor for each card destroyed. Give each opposing target still in play -2F.

Fortified Camp

Bow this card: Produce 2 Gold, or produce 3 Gold if paying for an attachment. Reaction: After another player’s action destroys one of your attachment cards or it’s Personality: Attach the card to one of your target Personalities (paying all costs).

http://rules.l5r.com/Special_wording_rules#Conjunctions: "Effects that check for a condition phrased as 'X or Y' are also satisfied if both X and Y are met."

A mix works.
