I am attacking a province with Mirumoto Kei experienced, my opponent defends with a unique personality.
I play Sneak Attack, and use Kei's battle action.
May the opposing player use Reinforce the Gate to negate the effects of the action? My opponent says that Reinforce reacts to the announce of the action, and not to the targetting and effects. Is he correct?
