If someone with 4 force is using an Oni-Daikyu to destroy Mirumoto Rosanjin, and Togashi Ieshige is in the current battlefield: May I redirect the Oni-Daikyu action to blow up Togashi Ieshige by having Togashi Ieshige use his trait and thus being a legal target for the Oni-Daikyu and the Seat of Power redirection? I am confused on the timing of Seat of Power and Ieshige.

Before a player controlling a unit opposing Ieshige resolves the effects of an action, if Ieshige is at the current battlefield: He gains +1F.
Seat of Power:
Reaction: When an action would target on of your Clan Champion or Daimyo personalities: The action instead targets another of your legal personalities with the same clan alignment at his location.

"Redirect" isn't really a game term anymore. And "blow up" is vague.
No. Seat of Power's reaction goes first. Ieshige is not a legal target at the time of targeting for Oni-Daikyu.
