Was wondering how the following two cards mesh, a player wants to use supply outpost to attach wardens after a personality enters play reducing the gold cost and gain honor for doing so, however by my reading of wardens the honor gain only occurs if they are attached by their own reaction and not the effect from supply outpost. Thus requiring him to pay their gold cost normally if he wants the honor.
Does the honor gain occur if attached via the outpost? Or only when brought into play via the text on wardens? (requiring their gold cost be paid without reduction)
Supply Outpost: Bow this card: Bow this card: Produce 2 Gold. If this pays for a Personality, you may attach a Follower, Item, or Spell to him from your hand after he enters in play, reducing its Gold cost by 3 until it attaches.
Wardens Reaction: If this card is in your hand, after you bring a Personality into play without gaining Honor: Attach this card to him (paying all costs). Gain 2 Honor.

They don't mesh well. You resolve one or the other completely. Either you use the triggered effect and put him into play for 0G (at which point he's not in your hand so you can't use the Reaction), or you use the Reaction and put him into play, gaining honor (at which point he's not in your hand so reducing his Gold Cost and playing his is out of the question).
