Can the Razor of the Dawn Castle's trait delay the destruction from the loss of a duel? In Samurai Ed. duels are not deadly by default. They are only deadly if this is stated on the card creating the duel. Does this make the destruction from a lost duel a card effect?
Razor of the Dawn Castle Before another player's card's effect destroys one of your Samurai: Once per turn, you may delay the destruction until the current turn ends.
Thanks,

Can the Razor of the Dawn Castle's trait delay the destruction from the loss of a duel?
Comprehensive Rules, Effects: "When determining whether targeting, costs, effects or actions come 'from' or are done 'by' a card, look to the card where the thing in question is originally physically printed." Yes.
This is not new to Samurai Edition. It's always been that way.
