Kakita Noriko Reaction: After one of your Crane Clan Personalities is destroyed during a battle or for losing a duel, bow Noriko: Gain Honor equal to the destroyed Personality's Personal Honor
In the terms of during a battle or for losing a duel:
a) If a personality is destroyed by being outforced in the battle resolution, can Kakita Noriko react? Is the resolution still part of the "during a battle" clause?
b) If a duel results in a tie, can Kakita Noriko react?

Yes. Comprehensive Rules, Battle: "things that are triggered 'after engaging' do occur in and during the battle."
If a duel results in a tie, can Kakita Noriko react?
Yes. Comprehensive Rules, Duels: "If their scores are the same, they tie, there is no winner, and both lose the duel."
