If the targeted Shadowlands Personality is not mine, in which cases I can assign her into my own army (regarding the "even if illegal")?
Kuni's Eye Reaction: After this unit assigns, bow this card: Target a Shadowlands Personality. Bow him. Assign him to this unit's location, even if illegal.

Only in Multiplayer games, where you have invited that card's controller as an Ally and that player has not already Allied with the Enemy Leader. You could then force the Shadowlands card into any Army whose Leader has invited the Shadowlands card's controller to Ally, thereby cause him to become Allied with that side.
The "even if illegal" clause is there to get around rules and effects which make it illegal for a unit to assign to battle (such as "bowed units may not assign to battle" or "assign only one unit") not to get around rules that govern which side of the battle a unit can be assigned to.
