I have Seppun kossori with 2 spells attached (the wolf's proposal & strength of the forge), my wind is Voice of the emperor and I have the favor. Kossori uses the wolf's proposal to increase her personal honor to 5. During the dynasty phase I bow kossori using strength of the forge to produce 2 gold, then discard the favor to straightened her, then bow her to produce 5 gold using her ability to buy a single card costing 7 gold. Is this legal?
Thanks,

This seems fine. You can use multiple Reactions to produce Gold to pay for a card, and you can play Reactions to those same Reactions.
If you are interested in other Gold Production Reactions, you might want to look at an old set called Crimson and Jade, where they had a card called "One Koku." It had the following ability, "Reaction: Play when you are paying a gold cost to produce one gold."
Good times.
