During the Battle Action phase, I assign Muketsu xp to a different battlefield than the one my opponent has assigned his attackers. I Ring of Water another one of my personalities into the battlefield; Can Muketsu xp's Reaction target one of my opponents personalities even if he (Muketsu) is not at the current battlefield?
