A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

you used the term negated the movement to describe the way the units will not moved in a battlefield if they already have been in resolution.
I suppose it is a way of saying and not a real negation but i would like to be sure.
If it is really a negation of the effects of movement: does not that means that a determination + movement action could moved a unit in battlefield even if it has already in the resolution of another (as an attacking army of course)?

The rulebook is not "another player," nor is the negation due to a Reaction. Determination does nothing, and any movement effect is still negated.
