Kozan my only personality in my army at a battlefield. My opponement kills him, so no longer have an army.
But i play doomed intentions so that a personality i control gets into the battle.

That will work just fine.
No matter how many times you go from having an Army (1 or more units on your side) to not having an Army (0 units on your side) back to having an Army again, it is still considered to be the same "Army," not a new one. You can only ever have 1 Army per side, per battle.
