Sorry for the length of this question. Thank you so much for your time. Setting the table:
I have no personalities in play and in my provinces I have (face up) Kyoso no Oni inex, Kyoso no Oni Ex3, Oni No Akuma ex2, and Obsidian dragon. In the battle phase, my opponent has attacked two of my provinces (the leftmost and rightmost) and has chosen to resolve the rightmost first. In the battle resolution of that battle he has enough force to destroy my province. I use imbue chi, target Obsidian Dragon. Now:
1. Do I decide what order my personalities are brought into play?
2. Can I use Kyoso no Oni's (ex3) entering play affect to target a person in the CURRENT battle even though it's entering resolution?
a. If so, would this save the province if Oni no AKuma were not entering play?
3. When Oni no Akuma enters play and destroys my rightmost province does this take effect before the end of battle resolution (as imbue chi reads: "before battle resolution destroys....") thus creating a null battle field?
4. Could it occur like this: Kyoso no oni ex0 enters, Obsidian Dragon enters, Kyoso ex3 enters (sac Kyoso ex0, trigger Kyoso ex3 effect destroying a pers. in the non-current battle's army), Akuma enters (sac Rightmost province creating null field), first battle resolves within null field, start second battle?
5. Not directly related but who decides which extra province is destroyed when Akuma's province destruction effect triggers? The attacker, correct?
Sadly, this actually happened not just hypothetical. Let's just say Retribution-Akuma and next turn attack FTW = lots of arguing.

This will still be true in Samurai. Comprehensive Rules, Effects: "If multiple effects are caused by a single piece of text they occur simultaneously, unless otherwise specified by language such as 'consecutively.'"
Can I use Kyoso no Oni's (ex3) entering play affect to target a person in the CURRENT battle even though it's entering resolution?
Yes, but it won't change the outcome. You only get to calculate force totals once (Comprehensive Rules, Battle, Resolution).
When Oni no Akuma enters play and destroys my rightmost province does this take effect before the end of battle resolution thus creating a null battle field?
Yes.
Note for those playing along at home: This is a change in Samurai Edition. Comprehensive Rules, Battle, After Resolution: "If a province is destroyed for any reason other than resolution during a battle or attack, its battlefield ceases to exist and any Terrain in play there is discarded. All units still there return home. These units bow if they were in an attacking army or if they were allied units."
Could it occur like this: Kyoso no oni ex0 enters, Obsidian Dragon enters, Kyoso ex3 enters (sac Kyoso ex0, trigger Kyoso ex3 effect destroying a pers. in the non-current battle's army), Akuma enters (sac Rightmost province creating null field), first battle resolves within null field, start second battle?
No.
You have Personalities entering consecutively.
The Resolution segment of the battle is aborted due Province destruction.
(W)ho decides which extra province is destroyed when Akuma's province destruction effect triggers?
I don't understand the question.
