Stupid Question Time! (I have a lot of these )
When someone is targeted by Hired Killer, and the player of the target uses Turn of Fortune:
Kiho Reaction: Before an action targets a Samurai you control, target an unbowed Shugenja or Monk you control: Redirect the action to the caster.
Kiho Reaction: Before an action targets an unbowed Shugenja or Monk you control, target that Personality: Redirect the action to a Samurai you control.
Does the Gold Cost of Hired Killer depend upon the new target, or must the new target have the same Gold Cost?

When someone is targeted by Hired Killer, and the player of the target uses an effect to redirect the Hired Killer, does the new target need precisely the same gold cost, or can a lower-cost unit be a valid target?
