Wandering Sohei and The Path not Taken.

Recently my local organizers have talked of starting a series of Legacy format tournaments, when digging in my card files I stumbled across a the Kiho 'The Path not Taken' while contemplating something East Hub Port style with 'Wandering Sohei'

If I have 'Wandering Sohei' in play attached to 'Moshi Amika' Basic, a copy of 'The Path not Taken' in the fate discard pile and my opponent discards a 'Hired Killer', may I use the Sohei's trait to have Amika preform 'The Path not Taken' from the discard pile? If so, is this Kiho removed as per the Sohei's trait, or shuffled back in as per the Kiho itself, or is it the active players choice? Or something else entirely?

Also, with the current (and Samurai?) rules about hidden cards not retaining information, does this Kiho act as originally designed or do they revert to their original text once they shuffle back in to their decks?

Thanks,

Kazu.
