A. If I've two Isawa Miliko and 3 spells attached in current battle, i've spell's cost reduced by six (3 spells for 2 Miliko)? or 3? (six because Zen changed point about Isawa Sotatsu> two copy work twice in reducing force of Rang Att)
B. I've Isawa Miliko and spells in another battle. Have I cost reduced by Miliko in current battle? (because trait on Miliko dont's say about location)
Isawa Miliko: ... While Miliko is in an army, reduce the cost of Spells you own by the number of Spells in that army. ...
