Its just that Spider House says that they can't lose honor from fate cards, but some of the cards I posted in there (I'm not sure on this), I think have a "Lose X honor" cost in them. If so, can they still use those cards?
The Special Rule for Shadowlands is a different one. I'm asking if the cards listed can be used by Spider Clan, can they also be used by the Shadowlands Horde players? Do the same rule regarding "Lose X Honor" cost also apply to them?

If it's a cost, not effectively, no. Lotus rules, pg. 42: "A cost that requires changing something is only paid if the change fully occurs."
