Can only attach to a Scorpion Clan Personality.
Battle: Bow this Spell: Give each Personality at this battlefield a -1F/-1C Corruption token. Reduce the Strength of this province to zero.
OK some questions. How is this attached? It only references itself as a spell, but it does not have the same border. Does the wierd border count as a spell, for attachment reasons?
Secondly how do you use it. It can only attach to a scorpion clan personality. Can any attach it or only Shugenja?
Thirdly who can cast it? Only Shugenja or any scorpion clan personality?
