Before you draw a card: You may draw it from the bottom of your deck. Limited: Look at the top card of your fate deck. You may put it at the bottom of your deck.
the issue: Does creating of a focus pool trigger tetsu kama mura's trait? With this in mind can one theoreticly create premade focus pools at the bottom of the fate deck and focus from there?
