Hi there
i have a water dragon(with sl trait) and a corrupted jade vein on the table, a water dragon exp 2 in a province and a water dragon exp in a province and my box is The imperial palace of fu leng.
can i overlay the waterdragon with the waterdragon exp ?
can i overlay the waterdragon with the water dragon xp2 by paying the difference with my corrupted jade vein and giving him so sl trait ?

Lotus rules, pg. 55: "Overlaying does not count as bring a card into play." Effects that prevent entering play do not matter.
