If I or my opponent control a Shadowlands Personality at home, can I target it with the first effect and still satisfy Relevance with the +3F bonus?
Relevant text:
Battle: Give a target Personality -4F. If he is Shadowlands, bow him, and you may target a Personality in your army and give him +3F.
I suspect the answer is yes, but I just wish to be sure.
