Once per phase, after another player's action resolved which destroyed one of your Personalities: Destroy a target Follower, or a target Personality without Followers, with Force less than or equal to your Personality's Yu value; if during a battle, the target must be in the enemy army.
Suitengu's Surge
Reaction: After an action targets a unit you control, bow this Shugenja: Target the unit. Remove it from the game, preserving bowed status and all attachments, including tokens. Its owner returns it to the game in that state after the next turn begins, in his home under his control, without considering it to be entering play.
Question: Can a player Surge a personality who has been targeted by the reaction ability of Kaiu Shiro? The players keep arguing who's right so I thought I'd ask here for confirmation.
