Horiuchi Rikako Battle Ability

The ability in question:

Battle: Move Rikako to the current battlefield. Straighten a card in your army there.

My question is, can I use the action while she is in the battle to simply straighten a card in the army? Judging by the way the ability is worded, there are two separate effects of this Battle action that not dependent of either one to work (such as if it was worded "Move Rikako to the current battlefield. If she moved, straighten a card in your army there." or something similar.).
