I have a few more questions. (x = number of ashigaru at the battle field)
1. When is the Sachika bonus applied? I am assuming when she assigns to a battle, but want to be sure.
2. Just like any other continuous bonus, is the duration till end of turn? i.e. send Sachika to a Raid Battle - get a xF bonus, then same turn Ambush with her - add another xF bonus, then same turn declare an attack and send her - add another xF bonus. Total bonus is now 3xF bonus.
3. If you move an assigned Sachika from one battle to another, does she get a new xF bonus at the second battle? If not why?

All the time. The value changes, and will change after assignment, but the bonus is always there.

No. "Continuous" really means continuous, as in, it does not end.
