If I used the reation on tamori watoshu does the card come back into my hand face up or face down? By the wording of the card I am not sure if the action card ever enters the discard pile to become face up.
Basicly:
1. play duel action card
2. when your guy enters duel react with Watoshu
3. return duel to your hand, if your opponent decides not to kill his guy
so you only anounced and started to resolve an action card, but not fully resolved it for it to hit the discard pile and become face up correct?

Face-down. The action was announced, so the card was shown, but showing is not the same as changing to "face up." It's not face-down until it hits the discard pile.
