If Sezaru is out, the top card of the deck is face up, but what happens when the deck is shuffled?
1. Does this count as the card entering the deck, and mean it goes face down?
2. Is it considered to just be moving around and keep it's facing?
And just to get official word, anything that is drawn off the top of the deck while Sezaru is out stays face up when it's in your hand?

Sezaru's effect is continuous.
If Sezaru is the only effect making it face-up, turn it back down before you start shuffling. When you're done, turn the new top card face-up.
And just to get official word, anything that is drawn off the top of the deck while Sezaru is out stays face up when it's in your hand?
Correct.
