As the "Negate all permanent effects on him" is part of a separate sentence to the return him to play trait, does this not mean he perpetually negates all permanent effects? Or is it part of the returning to play trait. If so, how does this affect Shinjo's Courage etc. where separate effects are separated by full stops.
