If I use Political Adjunct:
Political Reaction: During an Attack Phase, bow and destroy Political Adjunct to pay a cost of discarding the Imperial Favor.
1. If the unit that has this follower attached is outside the current battle, but is affecting an opposing card inside the current battle with the Gozoku Sensei ability, is that a legal play?
i.e. Otomo Taneji is in my fief with the Political Adjunct attached. Province one is attacked by Kaneka. I defend with Togashi Satsu. Can my first action be to lock Kaneka with Gozoku Sensei?
