When Miya Nishio enters play, may she react to herself entering play and bow to swera fealty?
And to confirm, does swearing fealty stay in effect in discard piles?
Political Reaction: After bringing a Personality into play, bow Nishio: Target the Personality. He swears fealty.
thanks
