Let's say I have a personality with Yumi of Fire and lots of followers capable of doing the action "battle: ranged 2 attack."
When I perform the Yumi of Fire Ranged attack, will I only be able to combine with the first one only, both, or not at all?

You can only combined attacks when they could both be legally declared individually (page 90). Ergo, you can combine a "normal" Ranged Attack with the first Ranged Attack in a consecutive series, but not the 2nd or later ones.
