Hello.
In the rulebook says that the fear targets another unit in the current battle and not a opposing unit.
"target another unit in the same battle as the card with the Fear ability."
So i can use voitagis fear acction on himself and count as a battle action for rings and stuff,cant it?
the same way in another of my own units.
Btw, i can redirect it with Tangen, cant i?
Edit:Correction, you cant target the unit that performs the fear.
So voitagi cant use it on hinself, it can use it on another voitagi anyway.

No. Fear cannot target cards in your own army (Web of Lies rulesheet).
