When Shattered focus resolves :
A. The card stays in play.
B. While it is in play, personalities must focus at least once in duels if able.
C. The reaction part.
I understand neither A or C are ongoing effects. Is B a ongoing effect (the "while this card is in play" part of the card text) ?
