1) Let's say my opponent has Hiruma out. I Egg Hiruma and then kill my opponent's Hiruma. If my Hiruma shows up later, can I buy him?
I think that one would be a no, but if it's not, the other questions would be redundant.
2) Let's say I have Hiruma out and have Egg'ed him. If one of them dies, would I be able to bring him back with Feign Death?
3) Let's say my opponent has Hiruma out, I Egg him, and kill his. Then, I overlay the Egg with Hida Atarasi. Would I be able to buy my Hiruma later?

Feign death says:
Play after a Personality is destroyed to return the Personality to play, bowed, in his previous controller's home, ignoring all costs and restrictions. (Entering-play effects occur. Cards attached to the Personality are not returned to play.) Dishonor the Personality. Lose 2 Honor.
Unique is a restriction, and is thus ignored by Feign Death. I'm thinking you CAN feign death Hiruma even if another Hiruma is out. Am I wrong?
So my real question is this: Is Unique a restriction, just like Loyal?
i would say so, but thats what the bounty hunter in my area tells me, but he isn't a rules guy so ya never know

I thought they were redundant (too many double negatives). Answered 2 a second ago. 3 is yes, you can buy Hiruma.
