Hello,
Regarding the ruling with Ashigaru and Ashigaru Conscripts, Does Victory of the Thunders work with the hero personalities from Siege?
"This Event may not have its effects negated or be discarded from play. After a turn begins, if the active player controls seven Seven Thunder Personalities with no Clan Alignments in common, he or she wins the game."
Note that it says Seven Thunder personalities. When using oracle, the only personalities with Seven Thunder keyword are the old ones which are not legal in the current format.
The Thunder personalities in Siege do not have the Seven Thunder keyword.
1) So is it safe to assume that if I have tadaka Hitomi, Kamoko, Kachiko, Totori, Hoturi, Yakomo in play, and I resolve Victory of the Thunders, I do not win the game?
Edit: 2) If the event checks for the titles only, does it work in a format like Big Deck with the old personalities with the actual keyword Seven Thunders?

It checks both subtitles and keywords.
Card subtitles (as well as the new distinction for Clan Alignment in the form of the card's printed mon) are now checked as well as keywords when looking for a "X" card.
