So a friend and I have just gotten into the game he bought scorpion and I brought mantis. When we where playing a few questions came up about his stronghold and mine.
Shadowed estate questions.
1. Can he use it once during his open then once during mine?
2. When a card is named does it work till the end of the game or is there a time limit?
3. Is there any counter play to this card?
Fruitful port questions.
4. Can limited 3: draw card be used more then once per turn?

1. Yes, all abilities are once per turn by default, so he may use it during each player's action phase.
2. Abilities last until the end of the turn by default. There is no other duration on Shadowed Estate, so its delayed effect lasts until the end of the turn.
3. This might be a better question for the General forum; I can't think of a direct counter to it off the top of my head, but there are some workaround, such as this here.
