If I am playing Suikihime Sensei and I do not currently have any Personalities in play, can I target a non-Unique Personality of my Clan Alignment? To wit, in this situation do I control my own Clan Alignment?
Suikihime Sensei: Dynasty, Target a non-Unique Courtier in your Province with a Clan Alignment you do not control. Permanently give him your Clan Alignment. Ignore his Honor Requirement (this turn).
