No, the timing for playing the Interrupt is during the Interrupt step of the action, same as any other Interrupt.
The delayed effect is giving the first card you focused in the duel +2FV
The trigger for that delayed effect is "After revealing focused cards in a duel created by the action", the action referring to the action during whose Interrupt step you played Walking with the Fire.
