Shiba Tuoko's Shugenja Spells after ItVF and also tokens

L5R CCG Rules board, 7 June 2015 to 15 June 2015

A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

Another question regarding ItVF, following this

I want to know what happens to attachments of Shiba Tuoko's Created Shugenja after i use ItVF attached to it. I assume they all land in discard, as they come back into play but without personality:

(Attachments)[...]are discarded if in play and not attached to a Personality,[...]

Also another question:

Created Cards cease to exist, when removed from the game by ItVF. If they are attachments, why are they ignore " keeping all attachments" part of spells action? Is it the same case for Tokens then?

Tokens cannot exist on cards out of play. If a card or Province leaves play, all tokens on it are removed from the game. They do not come back if the card re-enters play.

1. Any cards attached would go to the Entering Play area, fail to attach (due to the lack of Personality), and then return to where they came from. In this case, that is the Removed from Game area, so they will stay Removed from Game instead of going to the discard pile. 2. "Keeping all attachments" is there to tell you that attachments don't fall off just because the Personality left play, as would normally happen. 3. Yes, tokens disappear as well.
