It was pointed out that The Indignity of Arrest has very confusing wording, is it possible to address this before the set releases or at least provide errata? Maybe even something that I can proxy over? In my playgroup we do have several newer players and this would only confuse them.

The "his" in "his army" refers to the Personality last referenced, which is "your Personality". You reduce the target enemy Personality Force by your Personality's chi, or if the count is higher, by the number of Magistrates you control in the army he's in.
