The Code of Bushido vs Guerrilla Tactics/Kolat Master/Arrogance

This is a Legacy Question. I'm interested in the possibilities of The Code of Bushido for my Big Deck and I have some dubts. My questions is: Can The Code of Bushido avoit the effects of cards like Guerrilla Tactics, Kolat Master or Arrogance? Thanks in advance.

The Code of Bushido

Interrupt: If the action is from or targets a Samurai and it has any effects, other than consequences of losing a duel, that may dishonor him or cause his player Honor losses, negate the action.

Guerrilla Tactics

Battle: Dishonor your performing unbowed Personality and permanently give him Shadowlands: Two consecutive Ranged Attacks with strengths equal to his Force and his Chi, in either order. If he is defending, bow him. Lose 3 Honor.

Kolat Master (10G)

Target another player's Personality with 3 or less Chi: He is a Kolat in your pay. Take control of him. Destroy each of his Followers with an Honor Requirement of 1 or greater. Lose 4 Honor.

Arrogance

Battle: Target zero to three attachments, and you may choose a performing Personality for this action or not; if you did, dishonor him: If you dishonored a Personality, destroy the targets; otherwise, bow them.
