Show of Power's Interrupt allows a Fear to target Items and destroys attachments after they bow. With the new window for Interrupts in 20F, which is after targeting, how does this work if I want to target an Item?

When you pick the target of Fear action (in step C of the Action Sequence), if you have an unbowed Show of Power in play, you may choose an Item as the target. However, as described under Choice Paradoxes, you must then use the Show of Power Interrupt.
If you fail to do so (ie because some effect prevents you; you do not have a choice not to take the action), or Show of Power is negated, your choice of target is illegal, and your Fear action fails.
