If I use Brazen Disregard to prevent my unit from being moved home with Block Supply Lines, does this also prevent my unit from being bowed? Block Supply Lines specifically says "Bow his unit as he moves" ... and he no longer moves.

Brazen Disregard + Block Supply Lines

Yes, that is correct, and it's the reason Block Supply Lines is worded the way it is. His bowing is contingent upon his moving. So if you prevent the move, he does not bow.
