Hey guys, sorry but I am having a hard time getting answers on this and I can't be sure if the older posts are for ivory or EE In Ivory, can a bowed Shugenja cast spells that do not require bowing as a cost? Same question for items and followers. Thanks for your time.

Nothing in the rulebook prevents you from using an ability on an unbowed card attached to a bowed Personality.
